Wikimmunity is a wiki that provides information on different communities. Just like all other wikis Wikimmunity allows viewers to edit and start new pages but they must be based on your local community.
Wikimmunity hopes to develop a comprehensive online guide to all the communities in the world. You can write about your local food, where to get the best deal, local shopping malls and so on.
The best part about Wikimmunity is that they pay you to start a new article. Each approved new article will earn u $1. $1 seem to be a small amount of money but all you need to write is a 200 word new article.
I have signed up as an wikimmunity affiliate and currently experimenting with how their system work. Personally i m alittle confused about how they track affiliate's contributions. I have already submitted a new article and lets wait and see if any credit is given. will keep you updated on any progress.
