What is BlogRush?
BlogRush(aff)is a Blog Syndication Network where blogs runs a small BlogRush widget on their pages. Each widget will have 5 clickable headlines on it linking to other blogs which runs the BlogRush widget. This is a form of traffic exchange which can help your blogs to get more exposure.
How does BlogRush work?
For the headline of your blog post to appear on widgets on other blogs you will need to have syndication credits. Each syndication credit will allow one of your latest post to appear on widgets on other blogs.
How do i earn BlogRush syndication credits?
Everytime someone visits your page and clicks on one of the 5 headlines on your BlogRush widget, you get to earn 1 syndication credit. And you get to earn syndication credits everytime someone clicks on one of the 5 headlines on your referral's BlogRush widget.
How does BlogRush referral system work?
BlogRush have 10 levels of referral levels. So it means you can earn syndication everytime your direct referral gets a click on their widget, everytime their referral gets a click, everytime their referral's referral gets a click on the widget and so on for 10 levels!
Here is a breakdown of the ratio of syndication credits to clicks you will get from the referral system. 1st and 2nd generation (i.e. your direct referrals and their direct referrals) 1:1, 3rd - 6th generation = 1:4 ratio, 7th - 10th generation = 1:8 ratio.
So the trick to getting more syndication credit is to have a large and active referral base.
What type of headlines will appear on my BlogRush widget?
BlogRush widget will only show headlines that are relevant to the content of your site. If there happens to be irrelevant headlines shown, users have the freedom to filter these headlines out of their BlogRush widget.
BlogRush maintains a fairly high standard when it comes to chosing blogs that are eligible to use the BlogRush widget. Many of BlogRush's counterparts allows spamlogs, blogs which have little content and blogs which have low quality content to install such traffic exchange widget. Unlike these counterparts, BlogRush reviews every blog that are interested in installing the widget. Those that are not eligible are only allowed to re-submit their blogs 1 month later.
